Employment Screening:

Criminal History (County, State, Federal)

If the department of law enforcement knows about it, so does Guardian Support Services, Inc.  The criminal history reports Guardian Support Services, Inc. provide is information from the department of law enforcement records about people who have been implicated in criminal matters.  Criminal histories can be ordered by federal, county or state.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

MVR’s will detail all traffic violations on file with the Department of Motor       Vehicle for the state requested.

Credit History

Through Guardian Support Services affiliations with the nation’s largest credit reporting agencies, we can provide Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion credit reports.  You provide us with a name, social security number, address, and consent to retrieve credit history and we will provide your employee’s credit history, adverse public records, collections and other credit information.

       Workers Compensation Claim History

Records will disclose your employee’s workers compensation claims - those approved and denied - through our link with the Department of Labor.  The report will give you the number of claims and the details of what payments were made.

Social Security Verification

The Social Security Verification will verify the social security number given to you is a valid social security number.

          OIG – Office of the Inspector General

United State Department of Health and Human services list of excluded individuals or Business.

          GSA - Federal Procurement Programs

Listing of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement, Non-procurement and Reciprocal Programs, which identifies those parties excluded throughout the U.S. Government from receiving Federal contracts or certain subcontracts.

United States Sexual Offenders Registry

Information on offenders classified as sexual predators and or sexual offenders under state law due to a conviction for a sex-related crime and/or a specified crime against children.

Employment Verification

The Customer Service Specialist assigned to your account will verify all employment that an applicant has made claim to on your application.  We will verify company, longevity, position, salary, attendance, eligibility for rehire or other guidelines specified by you. Some employers will not verify all requested information.

Educational Verification

Guardian Support Services research will disclose all degrees obtained by your applicant as well as verify any professional licenses and/or accreditations.

Personal Reference Check

The Customer Service Specialist assigned to your account will verify all personal references provided by your applicant in accordance with your hiring guidelines.
